• User IDs — Your unique Discord user ID, used to identify you and manage your subscription relationships.
• Subscription Relationships — Records of subscription relationships between users within a server, used to power the subscription-notification feature.
• Message Content — Message content you send to the Bot, including command inputs and messages exchanged in conversations with the Bot's AI-powered emotional companionship feature.

We do not collect login credentials, passwords, authentication tokens, payment information, or any other sensitive authentication data.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Subscription & Notification Feature — Your user ID and subscription relationships are used to manage subscriptions and deliver notifications (such as mentioning subscribed members) when a post owner updates shared resources. Notifications are only sent based on active, user-initiated subscriptions.
• AI-Powered Emotional Companionship — Message content is used for real-time response generation via large language models (LLMs). Message content is persisted to maintain continuous, context-aware conversations and improve your experience over time.

We do not use your message content to train machine learning or AI models, and we do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

All collected data is stored on our cloud servers. Data is encrypted both in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures, including access controls and least-privilege principles, to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

5. Data Retention

All data collected under this policy is retained indefinitely (permanently) to provide the services described above, unless you request deletion as described in Section 6 below.

6. Data Deletion

You have the right to request the complete deletion of all of your personal data at any time. To exercise this right, please contact us via email at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including your Discord user ID and the servers where you use the Bot. We will process your deletion request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been fully removed from our systems.

7. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We do not disclose your data to third parties except as required by applicable law or as described in this policy. We do not send unsolicited direct messages to users.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including rights granted under the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or China's PIPL), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Request deletion of your personal data;

We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where reasonably possible, by posting a notice in our support server.
